Dr. S Prasanti

I reside near Kompally X roads and wanted to consult an ENT doctor as I was facing inconvenience with my ears. To find a solution to my problem I searched in Practo site and on the feed back I selected Dr Prasanthi of Alekhya ENT Care, at Neredmet and booked for appointment on 12/08/2017. This is my first experience with practo. The Doctor examined me and clarified all my doubts. I have seen many Doctors in the past as I am 65 yrs old, but only few are really exceptional and Dr Prasanthi is one among them. Such doctors are remembered for ever. Service oriented . Peoples doctor.

The doctor was quite friendly and was very helpful in helping cope with the issue. Amazing is the best word to explain the doctors treatment. Immediately identified the issue, explained it to us in understandable terms, defined the scope of treatment and gave medicines to cure. The medicines worked well and my Father in law is feeling much better now. Doctor didn't come across as focussed on money at all and was quite clear in telling us to avoid unnecessary procedures.

I would highly recommend the doctor.

pretty nice the doctor came really on time to the clinic ...i had the ear pain from the past 7 days she told it was due to wax in my ears n she cleaned them n told no need of even taing pain killers the pain would reduce and prescribed me an ear drop.....i admire her for not giving tablets as other doctors would actually give tablets unnecessarily and i was actually able to write my semester exams comfortably ...thanks a lot doc ..i recommend to others if ur looking for an ent then go ahead and visit this doc

Not many doctors have the time or patience to hear out the questions/doubts/ issues of the visiting patients. Dr. Prasanthi not only heard well, but also suggested about the care to be taken from the root cause of the issue related to my ear. Thank you soo much for the help and it made a lot of difference to me.

Dr. Prasanti's communication resembles that of a school teacher addressing children, which does not align **** *** *************** ******** from a medical practitioner. Furthermore, despite paying Rs 600 in advance and enduring a 30-minute wait on a weekday, which is unacceptable, * ***** ** ************* **** ******** *** ******* **** ****** ******* ********* **** ********** *** **** ******* **** ******* **** ********* ********* *** *** *** ******** ********* ********* *** ******* ** ********* ** *** ******** *** ** ** **** I strongly advise against wasting time and money consulting with this doctor

She was upset that I did not take the test she suggested for 3k which was basically for testing my hearing capability apart from the reason for block. I wanted to only take the test for my ear block and not the complete one as it occured due to me during my sea bed walking adventure in Thailand. Instead of explaining the purpose like any doctor should, she got annoyed and wrote just a sinus medicine *** ******* *** ************ ******* ** ** ** ** ***, 'You will have to come back to take the test anyway'. Totally disappointed, as I went there only because I read good reviews. May be it was just not a good day for me. BTW, it's been 4 days and the block hasn't eased out with her medicine!!

I have been suffering with ear problem, i consulted many Multispeciality Hospital but of no use. Meanwhile i found this Clinic, problem rectified. Now i am problem free.Thank you Dr. S Prasanthi garu.

The doctor was very polite and caring in her approach. She was very patient in explaining the issue and did not suggest any tests, and just prescribed minimum medicine. I was absolutely happy with her treatment, need to wait and see the result of the medicine as I just started it. Would definitely recommend this doctor.

We have Been to the Doctor to get Bera test done for my little one as per paediatrician but the doctor said they do not perform such test for the little one complaining how can a paediatric doctor suggest such test and suggested another procedure which will be done by different doctor at different place and charged Rs 600 for the suggestion. We ended up paying said amount *** ********
